Cinergy was founded in 2023 by Abe Cambridge & Brad Briscoe. Prior to Cinergy, Abe was the founder and CEO of the multi-award-winning solar leasing platform, Sun Exchange. Sun Exchange is one of South Africa's best-known solar + BESS finance and leasing companies in the commercial and industrial sector, now operating over 80 projects with 15 MW of solar and more than 3 MWh of energy storage under long-term lease arrangements powering farms, schools, healthcare facilities, NGOs, and more.
Brad is the founder of Go Gorilla Movers, and has managed their fleet operation and logistics since 2008. Brad is also the organiser and brand owner of live outdoor music events operating throughout South Africa’s Western Cape.
